Lovely apartment located in the second row in the town of Özdere. The apartment is situated only 50 meters from the sea and bathing jetty and around 100 meters from the town's best beach. The apartment is exclusively furnished with Scandinavian furniture.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, whereof one has a bunk bed with room for 2 persons. An additional person can sleep on the bed couch in the living room. The apartment has a modern bathroom with washing machine and a well equipped kitchen with built-in oven, glass ceramic stove, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. From the living room, there is a nice terrace with table and chairs in good quality. The apartment has internet access and aircondition in the kitchen/living room and one of the bedrooms.
With a few hundred meters to the town center and the vibrant local market held every Saturday, there is no better Nordic inspired holiday apartment in Turkey. The area is close to all major attractions in western Turkey, and only 48 km. from the international airport in Izmir. There is only approx. 35 km. to Kusadasi, a well-known tourist area. A drive to Kusadasi is a fantastic experience, with an impressive view of the sea, Samos and Kusadasi. There are ample opportunities to go on tours or to rent a car to get around the area. Europe's largest waterpark is approx. 25 km. away, and the ruins of the city of Ephesus and the house of Virgin Mary are also located approx. 25 km. from Özdere. Before arrival, the landlord will forward a welcome folder by e-mail with a lot of practical information about the area and advice on what could usefully be brought to Turkey, trip-proposals, etc.
Taxi from the airport will cost 40 to 45 €. If you rent a car from our local partner, you will be collected at the airport free of charge. Cleaning after a super holiday you can leave up to our cleaning staff, who for a price of EUR 80 will wash towels, bedding, etc. and do a complete cleaning of the apartment.
